The hotel was very quiet, although there was some noise from the streets and other guests, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were nothing like the pictures but overall comfortable and clean. The location was great, very near the Plaza de Armas, but it could get noisy due to the main road passing by. The dining options were satisfactory, though the staff seemed overwhelmed. A good value for the money with helpful service to arrange various tours and transportation.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Puno. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety.
